Our client, a reputable international law firm is looking to expand their professional support staff with the addition of an energetic and experienced native Czech executive assistant with excellent English and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will support the daily work of the managing partner, organize meetings, travel, interact with senior members of the firm, provide administrative and personal assistance. In addition, the new colleague will handle the office’s KYC/AMLP administration and liaise directly with clients.

Requirements

  • excellent communications, organization and interpersonal skills
  • native Czech skills
  • fluent English skills (both written and spoken)
  • energetic, positive, helpful and patient
  • proactive and independent
  • dedication to quality client services
  • exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask
  • minimum of 1-year relevant experience gained preferably in an international environment
  • knowledge of MS Office
  • experience in KYC/AMLP processes is considered a welcome plus
