Our client, a prestigious and highly ranked international law firm is looking for a qualified corporate/M&A lawyer with native level English skills who holds an Irish, UK or Australian law degree to strengthen its Prague office’s outstanding corporate team.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic corporate lawyer with 4-8 years of relevant experience and with a keen interest in cross-border transactional work. A Czech corporate lawyer who has worked abroad and wishes to return to Prague would be appreciated. Candidates with M&A experience in complex transactions gained at reputable international law firms from Ireland, UK or Australia with Europe experience who desire to live and work in the beautiful city of Prague would also be well received.
You should be a commercially-minded team player, with a demonstrated ability to work proactively as part of a high-caliber team. You should be accustomed to providing top legal services in a focused and efficient manner. Your training will have been gained at a leading international law firm, where strength of experience and consistency of approach are considered key to ensuring clients achieve their goals.
