With a commitment to high-profile engagements and a dedication to excellence, they are seeking to expand the team with a Junior Marketing & Business Development Specialist who shares their passion for strategic growth and client service.

Role Overview: As a Junior Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and overseeing the firm’s Marketing and Business Plan (“MBP”). Your responsibilities will include developing promotional materials, managing the CRM system, preparing legal directory/awards submissions, overseeing external and internal communications, and executing other marketing and business development tasks outlined in the MBP. This position reports to the founding attorney and director, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the firm’s visibility and success in the legal market.


  • Develop and update promotional and marketing materials to effectively showcase the firm’s expertise and services.
  • Establish and manage our CRM system to track client relationships and business development opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit legal directory/awards submissions, focusing on dispute resolution and media & entertainment practices.
  • Manage external and internal communications channels to enhance brand visibility and exposure.
  • Oversee content creation and updates for website, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
  • Execute additional marketing and business development tasks as outlined in the firm’s MBP.


  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing, communications, or business development experience in reputable law firms, consulting firms, or similar environments.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in law, marketing, communications, business administration, economics, or related fields.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical and creative mindset.
