The firm’s Bucharest office aims to provide clients with integrated legal services for all project phases. The firm’s clients come from a diverse range of property developers, lenders, investment managers, opportunity funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and private owners. The firm advises these clients on a variety of matters involving various forms of commercial, leisure, logistics, and residential real estate. The Bucharest office also excels in leasing, construction, development projects, and construction litigation.
The firm is looking for an experienced Associate with a broad background in real estate matters, including sale and purchase transactions, development and construction projects, commercial lease agreements, and due diligence investigations, including the preparation and negotiation of transactional documents. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in real estate and corporate matters, particularly with extensive experience and demonstrated success in drafting and negotiating RE M&A transactions, commercial leases (with an emphasis on retail and industrial leases) from a well-known real estate firm. You should be eager to take on responsibility, and excellent negotiation skills are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to train and work with a rapidly expanding practice group that is widely recognized throughout the CEE region.
