A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Mid-level Lawyer to join its expanding Corporate / M&A team in Luxembourg. Their practice advises on high-value cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on domestic and international M&A and private equity transactions
• Lead due diligence, negotiation, and deal execution
• Provide strategic corporate advice to clients in various industries
Your Profile:
• 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate / M&A preferably gained at international law firm(s)
• Qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction; LL.M. is considered a plus
• Fluent in English, German and French
• Strong commercial mindset and collaborative work ethic
