Wolf Theiss appoints Birgit Kraml and Leopold Höher as new partners. Kraml has been with Wolf Theiss since 2001, since 2004 for the practice group Real Estate. In 2012, the expert in private and public real estate law was appointed Counsel. The finance specialist Leopold Höher has been supporting the banking and finance team of Wolf Theiss since October 2015. He started his career as a Counsel with Wolf Theiss, advising primarily domestic and international lenders, borrowers and sponsors on domestic and cross-border structured finance, including project, acquisition, infrastructure and real estate financing and corporate restructuring.

White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Private Equity Industry Group with the addition of Emmie Jones as a new partner in London. Jones is a private equity lawyer who advises clients on the structuring, negotiation and execution of highly complex, cross-border private equity transactions across multiple sectors. She has advised on more than 150 deals with an aggregate enterprise value of more than £10 billion, and her experience includes both traditional cross-border private equity transactions and advisory work for portfolio companies.

Ashurst announces the appointment of partner Tom Duncan in its dispute resolution team in London. Tom joins from Mayer Brown where he has been a partner in the Construction & Engineering and International Arbitration groups since 2012.
