Greenberg Trauring announced that Michał Bobrzyński has joined the firm as a Local Partner of the Warsaw Office. Based in the London office, Ward focuses on high yield bond offerings and other leveraged finance transactions, representing both underwriters and issuers internationally. He originally joined the firm in New York in 1997 and moved to London in 1999.

Mayer Brown announced that Beth Vogel has joined the firm in its Chicago office as a partner in the Banking & Finance practice, continuing the growth of the firm’s Global Private Credit group. White & Case LLP announced the expansion of its global financial institutions advisory (FIA) group with the arrival of Paul Saltzman as a partner in its New York office. The Firm’s FIA group is an integral and growing part of its Global Banking Practice. Saltzman comes to White & Case with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with prior leadership roles ranging from President to COO to General Counsel.
