Jones Day announced that Patrick Belville has joined its Detroit Office as a partner in the Firm’s M&A Practice. Mr. Belville rejoins the Firm, having spent the past four years as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, M&A, of Cardinal Health Inc., a global Fortune 20 healthcare company and longtime Jones Day client. Mr. Belville led his Cardinal Health team in closing numerous acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions worth billions of dollars. White & Case LLP announced that Edward So has joined the Firm as a partner in its Global Capital Markets Practice. Based in New York, Ed will focus on advising clients on derivatives and structured products, and will work closely with the Firm’s Financial Institutions Industry Group.
