Privacy policy

Legalis is committed to protecting individuals’ privacy. In finding and recommending individuals to our clients we take care to ensure the details of those individuals’ professional capabilities and career histories are accurate, and that information held about those individuals is dealt with professionally. We may need to collect and process personal information (including names, addresses, e-mail addresses and contact phone numbers), together with details of current and previous employment history, education and training. The data we obtain and process is always for an explicit purpose, with the consent of the individual in question.
We use this personal information in order to:
• Provide our clients with accurate and professional executive search and other services, and
• Carry out market research and due diligence analysis.
Although it is not compulsory for individuals to provide every item of information requested, the more information an individual volunteers (and the more accurate it is), the better we can judge whether that person is appropriate for introduction as a candidate to one or more of our clients. By providing us with personal information, an individual consents to that information being managed and protected as set out in our privacy policy.
We may share individuals’ personal information with our offices and affiliates worldwide where necessary in connection with the provision of our executive search or other services. In particular, personal information about individuals may be included in our company’s global databases for these purposes, and may therefore be accessible to our affiliates. Arrangements are in place to ensure that such data is secured appropriately.
We may disclose personal information about an individual if required to do so by law.
