They are looking to expand its Banking & Finance practice group with a dedicated Associate who has at least 2 years of relevant experience. The Banking and Finance team has been involved in many key transactions in Romania and they have extensive expertise in energy companies. The firm is committed to promoting talented and committed lawyers.
Requirements:
- Romanian law degree and Bucharest Bar Association membership.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance and Banking, capital markets experience would be an advantage.
- Proficient in English and Romanian languages (both written and spoken).
- Intellectual, with ideas and a proactive approach.
