We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join our clients Corporate & Commercial Team. This role involves a range of responsibilities including corporate maintenance (board of directors-general assembly processes, internal directives, capital increase-decrease, mergers-demergers, etc.), contract management, and general consultancy across various legislative areas, including commercial law and law of obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate maintenance: board of directors-general assembly processes, internal directives, capital increase-decrease, mergers-demergers, etc
- Contract management: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Providing general consultancy on commercial law and related matters
- Staying updated on the latest innovations and trends in relevant practice areas.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of English (a second foreign language is preferred)
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay current with the latest trends and innovations in practice areas
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging business environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
