Our client is a leading firm with a team specializing in energy, public-private partnership (PPP) projects, and construction.

They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join their EPC team.

This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience who are eager to develop their skills in the energy and construction sectors. As an Associate, you will support the team in various aspects of project management, legal compliance, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and execution of EPC projects, including energy and PPP projects.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy, construction, and PPP projects.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project reports, presentations, and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong understanding of EPC, energy, and PPP projects.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and contract management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local and international energy laws and regulations.
