Their team has been advising clients on high-profile local and international competition/antitrust deals.
Requirements:
- Romanian law degree and Bucharest Bar Association membership.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in competition law at a reputable law firm.
- Experience in energy and natural resources as well as corporate/M&A matters would be an advantage, labor and regulatory also considered a plus.
- Proficient in English and Romanian languages (both written and spoken).
- Ambition, great interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to quality work and client service with a proactive approach.
