Our client is a reputable and dynamically expanding international law firm with a presence in Continental Europe, Middle East, Australia & Asia. They are seeking a commercial litigation partner to be based in their Warsaw office for a broad commercial litigation role.
The firm is seeking a highly experienced senior Polish qualified lawyer with both international litigation and arbitration experience and the ability to identify the key legal issues involved in litigation and to construct effective remedies. The successful candidate will have experience in all areas of domestic and international commercial dispute resolution and skilled in arbitration, mediation, corporate governance advisory and investigations.
Our client is interested in candidates having the following abilities and assets:
- Polish law degree and bar membership;
- Strong reputation in Litigation/Dispute Resolution;
- At least 10 years+ of relevant experience in Litigation gained at international firms;
- Team leadership and team-building abilities;
- Portable business commensurate with what a leader/rainmaker would deliver;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Client focused, stress resilient, and known for providing high quality service and advice.
