
Zsofia Varnai is a seasoned international lawyer with over 20 years of practice in media, intellectual property, and sports law. She has held senior positions at White & Case, Canal+, and Warner Bros. Discovery, where she specialized in complex contract negotiations, broadcasting rights, anti-piracy strategies, and regulatory matters. Notably, she led legal negotiations for Olympic Games broadcasting rights across Europe and advised on high-profile international film and TV distribution projects.
Building on this international and multicultural background, Zsofia is also a certified coach and member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). A graduate of Transformance Pro, Paris’s oldest and most prestigious coaching school, she focuses on unlocking human potential and the search for meaning. She supports individuals navigating personal and career transitions through the narrative practices of Michael White and David Epston, and existential coaching developed by Omid Kohneh-Chahri, as well as teams in enhancing performance through Will Schutz’s The Human Element. Her holistic approach integrates humanistic, existential, and body-based methods — including yoga and mindfulness — to guide individuals toward clarity, purpose, and alignment in both their personal and professional lives.
