Our client, provides comprehensive, international legal services in over 50 countries. They seek to strengthen their Real Estate practice in Warsaw with a Junior Associate (pre-bar) or an Associate Lawyer with 2-3 years of PQE. Real estate experience is preferred, however, candidates with a background in corporate law or litigation can also be considered.
As part of the team, you will work on domestic and cross-border matters, advising large international medium-sized companies (SMEs), private equity firms, family offices, and regional corporations on a broad range of real estate matters. Key responsibilities
- Real estate legal due diligence for acquisitions, developments, and financings
- Advise on property laws, zoning, planning, and permitting compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and sale/purchase agreements
- Conduct research and support client communications and decision-making
Requirements
- Polish law degree, a maximum of 2-3 years’ post-qualification experience, candidates preparing for the bar exam are welcome
- Background in an international law firm or a reputable local practice
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in the real estate space
- Strong drafting skills and a commercial mindset
- Great communication skills
- Fluent English
