An international law firm in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Polish-qualified Litigation and /or Arbitration Partner to further develop its dispute resolution practice. Your practice can be Litigation, Arbitration or a combination. The firm has an existing capability; this is a growth mandate. Therefore, you must have robust portable business.
The successful candidate will handle complex, high-value disputes, including commercial litigation and international arbitration proceedings. The role involves acting for domestic and international clients in significant court and arbitral matters, delivering strategic and commercially focused advice across the full lifecycle of disputes.
You will handle a broad range of matters, including commercial contract disputes, shareholder and joint venture conflicts, post-M&A disputes, enforcement proceedings, and cross-border arbitration cases under major institutional rules. You will be expected to represent clients before Polish courts and arbitral tribunals, while coordinating multi-jurisdictional strategies where required.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in litigation and arbitration gained at a reputable international or leading domestic law firm or within a comparable advisory environment. A strong track record in managing sophisticated disputes and building trusted client relationships is essential.
