A prominent international law firm seeks a Transactional RE Partner (solo or with team) (or rising star Counsel with a growing book of business) to join their expanding Warsaw Office.
Your expertise should be in M&A real estate transactions including funding, acquisition, sale and leaseback, joint venture and development through to exit. You will have advised on many of the recent cross-border real estate M&A deals in Poland. Your reputation will be synonymous with devising a range of innovative structures to ensure that clients maximize value, share risk, enhance returns, and mitigate tax costs. You will demonstrate that you have a deep and thorough understanding of the opportunities and challenges that affect clients navigating the local real estate terrain.
