Our client is looking for an experienced Polish-qualified Partner in Warsaw who operates in the Infrastructure / PPP / Public Procurement area. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leadership role in building out the firm’s ability to provide seamless advice on the project’s life cycle. Areas of interest are transport, energy, utilities, defense, data centers and social infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be known for guiding Projects from early planning and tender design through contract negotiation, implementation, and disputes. You will have experience in O&M, ETC contracts, PPP structures and projects and providing ancillary documentation (service, supply consortium agreements). Assistance with project finance transactions, including lender and sponsor side advisory is a plus.
Candidates should have at least 12 years’ experience gained at a reputable international or regional law firm or equivalent advisory environment and will be recognized in the market for their deep experience representing both government entities and private sponsors/lenders, active in the full spectrum of PPP deals, including privatization, restructuring, regional infrastructure and complex matters.
A candidate who can play a critical role in the development of the legal practice to support clients in the reconstruction of Ukraine would be a plus, having contacts with Poland based initiatives, partnerships, companies in infrastructure, logistics, energy.
