In this role, you will support and lead work within cross-border, interdisciplinary teams advising project financing, financial regulation, restructuring, and financial market operations, while ensuring alignment with local laws and client expectations.
Qualified candidates must be fluent in French, with a strong track record advising French or Francophone clients, sound commercial awareness, and an interest in developing and mentoring junior lawyers on technical matters, drafting, and high-quality client service.
Requirements:
- 0 – 3 years’ experience in structuring financial transactions within Project Finance or Leveraged Finance practices at a top-tier international law firm.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.
