Exciting opportunity with a premium brand law firm for a junior lawyer with a Czech law degree and some experience in Real Estate Finance.

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading international law firm with a well-established Prague office, is looking to strengthen its Real Estate practice with a Junior Associate who enjoys the financing side of property deals as much as the transactional side. • Organising and attending signings and completions and joining client meetings.
  • Advising a varied client base including investors, developers, property owners and banks.
  • Working alongside lawyers in the firm’s offices abroad on cross-border matters.
  • Keeping matter files accurate, well-organised and current.

What You’ll Bring

  • A completed law degree (Mgr.) from a Czech law faculty.
  • Ideally around a year or more of experience as an advokátní koncipient, preferably in real estate or banking and finance at an international firm.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, as much of the work and client communication is in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability.
  • The confidence to take ownership of tasks and show initiative.
  • A collaborative attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in commercial law.

  • A dedicated mentor and structured guidance from experienced lawyers.
  • Well-developed in-house training and professional development.
  • A friendly, supportive team culture.
