They seek a dynamic and highly experienced employment lawyer to advise their clients in all aspects of labor and employment law: from employment contracts to collective dismissals to restructuring and employment litigation. You will also work alongside the Corporate/M&A team with respect to labor issues arising from mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing. The team is working with both with French and international companies. You should be able to advise these clients on business reorganizations and collective redundancy exercises. collective bargaining and employee relationships, salary-based saving schemes, individual employment relationships, individual and collective employment disputes, IT charters and whistleblowing systems, and delegation of powers.
The ideal candidate is a French-qualified lawyer who has been practicing employment law for 9+ years. International types, fluent in both French and English and members of the French Bar Association are welcome to inquire.
