A leading global Tax Consultancy / Law Firm has an excellent career opportunity for a Tax Litigation Attorney, Polish qualified with at least 3 years of experience.

Your key responsibilities
- Assist with the litigation in resolving tax disputes, including preparation of legal opinions, tax litigation documentation, applications for tax rulings, court appeals, other judicial review applications and admin processes, and tax due-diligence reports.
- Assist clients in responding to audits and strategically advise clients on the various options and steps in resolving tax disputes.
- Prepare notices of objection and written representations to tax authorities, tax administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
- Occasionally assist with the preparation of legal opinions with respect to the tax consequences of transactions and performing post-transaction audits for tax efficiency and litigation risk.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 3+ years’ experience in tax.
- Prior tax litigation experience is essential, you do not need court experience, but rather preparation of documentation in dealing with tax authorities, tax administrative courts and Supreme Administrative Court experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have strong foundational knowledge of Polish tax systems.
- The candidate should be a member in good standing of the bar association in Poland.
