Our client, a leading regional law firm is seeking talented transactional mid – senior level lawyers to join their team. We are looking for qualified lawyers with experience in corporate, M&A, general commercial advisory, B&F – with particular focus on transactional work. Additional sector or practice experience or focus is welcome. Competition experience is a plus. 

You will be skilled in working on complex and high-profile matters. Your experience will include international/regional or leading local law firm training (legal500 ranked firms only) where you will have been trained to provide top-quality advice and consultation to multinational clients. You will have experience  working on the most high profile projects in the Bulgarian market. 

Your main responsibility will be for multiple projects at any given time working to ensure the teamwork and ability to coordinate and supervise junior team members and be the glue between the partners and the associates. The current hires needed are not to oversee the work, rather be hands on, training juniors and working with documents. If you are more senior (counsel) a discussion of partnership can be in the cards if you have a portfolio of clients, a vision and you can financially carry yourself (and your team you might bring).
