Our client, a leading law firm in Sofia with a cross-border footprint, seeks an Associate for their market-leading Finance practice group. The firm acts for top-tier international bank syndicates, private equity sponsors, and major corporate borrowers. The role focuses on providing B&F law related advice across various sectors and working on cross border transactions including general corporate lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance and financial regulation and compliance.
To secure this role, candidates should have:
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience with a leading local, regional, international firm in Bulgaria or abroad.
- Bulgarian qualification ideal with English law or LLM a plus.
- A plus would be if you have familiarity withLoan Market Association (LMA) standard documentation and adhering to LMA frameworks.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written & spoken).
