Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Banking & Finance lawyer to join their growing team in Istanbul.
In this role, you will advise top-tier local and international financial institutions, corporate and investment banks, and government entities on a wide spectrum of banking and finance matters, including but not limited to acquisition financing, banking regulatory work, securitisation, and structured finance. You will collaborate closely with regional teams across the firm’s network.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience gained at an international or well-regarded regional law firm.
- Strong experience/interest in finance matters, ideally with a focus on banking.
- Strong business development mindset and ability to manage client relationships.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong client-service approach.
