The firm is looking to recruit a talented Banking & Finance Lawyer with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience to join its growing Istanbul office. The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with strong experience in banking and finance transactions gained at a reputable domestic or international law firm. Experience in acquisition finance, project finance, restructuring, syndicated lending, and general banking matters would be highly advantageous. He/she should be commercially minded, proactive, and capable of working effectively as part of a high-performing team delivering top-tier legal services.
Candidates should be comfortable handling sophisticated cross-border transactions, drafting and negotiating finance documentation, liaising directly with clients, and managing transactions in a focused and efficient manner. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
