Our client, a full-service global law firm, growing in stature and prestige, which is advising local and international clients on various legal matters, seeks a senior-level lawyer (a team welcome) to expand their banking & finance capabilities.
You will be joining an award-winning team consisting of over 145 banking and finance lawyers. Their dedicated experience covers debt facilities, capital markets, derivatives, lending, treasury, tax and every kind of financing transaction.
You will be advising leading corporates, funds, and financial institutions on a full range of transactions, from highly structured debt arrangements to standard loans.
The successful candidate will be a Czech-qualified lawyer with at least 10 years of experience working for banks and working for law firms on the panels of banks. He/she should have a broad range of banking and finance experience, including acquisition finance and projects &structured finance, capital market transactions, and regulatory/restructuring.
