A leading, internationally recognized professional services firm is expanding its Commercial/Business Law practice in Bucharest. They are seeking talented and driven lawyers to join their growing team of experts. You will gain invaluable experience by working as part of a young and dynamic team on multidisciplinary projects. You’ll collaborate closely with management consultants and financial advisors, engaging with a diverse range of high-profile clients. You will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, and will be performing due-diligence analysis amongst other tasks.
Requirements:
- Romanian law degree and bar membership;
- At least 3 years of Commercial/Business law experience;
- Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects;
- Excellent drafting skills;
- Fluency in Romanian and English is required.
