We are looking for junior – mid–senior level Associates who like to tackle challenges to legal questions. All our law firm clients are all desirable brands offering continuous career development.
The candidates should meet the following criteria:
- law degree and bar exam passed;
- ideally, at least 1 year of post-bar exam experience and up to 8 years of experience, mainly acquired in a highly reputable law firm.
- expertise in corporate law / M&A matters;
- expertise in other areas is an advantage (real estate, B&F, technology/TMT, employment, energy, infrastructure, etc.);
- fluent in written and spoken English and Slovenian;
- ambition, reliability, ability to meet deadlines and function well as a team member;
