Our client, a leading regional law firm, is seeking highly motivated lawyers with 2-7 years of post-qualified experience to join their team. The Candidates should be able to work independently on a variety of complex matters within these practice areas;
- Corporate: Advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including transactions, restructurings, contract drafting and negotiation, and regulatory and compliance issues.
- Litigation: Handling civil and commercial disputes, drafting submissions and legal documents, and representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
- Energy: Both regulatory and transactional, advising on regulatory and contractual matters in the energy sector, including project-related work, ongoing compliance, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, turnkey agreements.
Requirements:
- 2–7 years of post-qualified experience at a leading local or international law firm, preferably with an international background (studied, trained, or qualified abroad and subsequently re-qualified or able to re-qualify in Bulgaria)
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
