Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Corporate/M&A gained at a reputable leading local or international law firm.
- Hungarian law degree.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Fully committed to work on-site in the Budapest office in a fast paced environment.
Candidates must be motivated and highly ambitious to work hard in exchange for gaining experience in sophisticated international transactional work. Candidates should have excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail, technically sound legal skills, adhering to deadlines and focusing on client service; be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
