Our client, a prestigious international law firm’s corporate team in Prague is expanding and is looking for a senior lawyer specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Profile:
- Czech law degree and bar membership;
- 8+ years of relevant work experience at an international or leading Czech law firm;
- Outstanding reputation in corporate/M&A;
- Ideally, you are native/bilingual in Czech, fluent in spoken and written English;
- Your business development and client relationship management skills are well honed;
- You have excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills;
- You have an eye for detail and you are proactive to suggest improvements.
