As a Data Protection Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of data privacy and security matters, including compliance with domestic and international regulations, data breach response, and privacy risk management. Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, and experience of drafting and negotiating data protection agreements, privacy policies, and other contractual documents with a reputable commercial law firm.
- Demonstrated excellence in academic achievements and exceptional legal skills, coupled with a strong reputation for delivering commercial solutions and possessing excellent transactional and management abilities.
