Our client is one of Europe’s well recognized international law firms that take pride in their exceptional blend of highly competent legal professionals in the Warsaw office. In the domain of Employment Law, they advise employers on a full array of complex labor matters. They are seeking a Partner to strengthen and lead the team. You should have extensive experience in labor law and be recognized for your take-charge style and your rainmaking ability. You will have designed, negotiated, and implemented every possible type of corporate employment restructuring. 

This role is for senior employment lawyer who truly enjoys business development and talking to clients every day in clear and straightforward terms about complicated employment-related issues. For this role, the firm requires a decent book of self-sustaining portable business.  

Requirements: 

  •  Polish Bar Admission and a clear understanding of all aspects of Polish Employment law. 
  • A minimum of 12 years of PQE, at least 5 of which are in Employment Law, preferably acquired in an international, regional or highly regarded Polish law firm environment. 
  • Portable business at EUR 500K and exceptional affinity for new business development is expected. 
  • Absolute fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish, as the role requires regular top-level communication with clients and lawyers in other offices. 
  • Remarkable work ethics twinned with strong client/service orientation. 
  • The ability to adapt fast, maintain and establish quality relationships with other professionals and clients. 
  • A solid track record in the practice area and a business plan is essential for a Counsel with a book of business aspiring to become a Partner in a short time.
