Our client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Partner or a next gen rising star Counsel to join their team. Their clients range from some of the world’s largest energy companies and utilities to promising startups active in traditional regulated markets as well as those clients operating in newly deregulated markets or implementing innovative energy technologies.
Disruptive technologies and emerging companies are rapidly transforming the energy industry and often face complex obstacles involving tech, commercial markets, and regulatory requirements. As well within energy, they help clients structure, negotiate transactions, and litigate issues involving the energy sector.
They are looking for a Lawyer, who has a notable reputation, with sustainable energy and infrastructure projects experience.
The Partner or Counsel could come with traditional experience but we are particularly excited about candidates with experience in Renewables, Electric transport, Networks & Grids, Digitalization, and Nuclear.
The firm’s Energy team plans to continue to develop their impressive client offering over the coming years. This is a great platform for an ambitious lawyer to support a wide range of clients, from small and mid-sized businesses to the largest multinational corporations.
Requirements:
- We are seeking a Counsel / or a Partner with impressive credentials and work experience, gained within a top-tier international law firm and/or having had such training before going in-house;
- You must be qualified to practice in Poland;
- The right candidate will have broad experience in the Energy sector, as described above;
- You will have strong regional experience and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of issues faced by clients;
- Strong skills in management and communication.
This role would suit a dynamic and outgoing personality. An ability to work independently and as part of a team are important attributes.
