Our client, is an international law firm is seeking an energy lawyer based in Prague. The firm has a Global Energy and Natural Resources group, with expertise in energy and financial regulatory law, energy related contract law and all other areas of law relevant to energy companies. This includes M&A advice and legal due diligence related to M&A transactions, including acquisition of shares of companies having ownership of renewable energy plants.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in energy law, gained at a reputable law firm or in-house.
- Proficiency in both English and Czech.
- Strong knowledge of energy regulations, renewable energy projects, and traditional energy markets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex legal issues effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
