This strategic hire reflects the firm’s commitment to expanding its disputes capability in one of Europe’s key financial hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the funds litigation practice in Luxembourg
  • Represent investment funds, asset managers, trustees, custodians, family offices, and institutional investors
  • Advise on shareholder disputes, fund governance, fiduciary claims, regulatory investigations, mis-selling claims, and cross-border enforcement actions
  • Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships within Luxembourg’s funds and financial services market
  • Collaborate closely with disputes teams in London and across Europe on multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration matters

Candidate Profile:

  • Luxembourg-qualified lawyer with 10–15+ years’ post-qualification experience
  • Established track record in funds litigation and financial disputes, ideally with an international firm or leading Luxembourg disputes practice
  • Experience managing complex cross-border matters and regulatory proceedings
  • Recognised market profile or a strong trajectory towards recognition
  • Proven business development skills with evidence of a portable client following in funds and financial services
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is an advantage
