Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to complex M&A transactions, supporting the provision of strategic legal advice to clients.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
- Support lawyers and clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate/M&A gained at a reputable law firm.
- Proficiency in both English and Czech.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and handle complex legal issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, with a strong commitment to client service and teamwork.
