An opportunity has arisen to join the Sofia office of this preeminent international law firm providing full spectrum of services to its diverse client base. The firm is now seeking new talent to join their growing team. Areas of priority at this time are:
Energy: You will be working in the Energy team, supporting clients with drafting and negotiation of contracts. You will also work with government and regulatory institutions.
Litigation: You will monitor and handle many ongoing claims, ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules, preparing documents, and conducting legal research on EU matters from aviation to consumer protection.
Real Estate: You will advise on cross-border property portfolio sales, logistics, office and retail transactions. The team also provides advice on easing, and construction/development.
Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of post qualification experience in a leading local or international firm;
- Bulgarian law degree or Bulgarian-qualified;
- Experience in the practice areas listed above;
- Willingness and motivation to learn and enthusiasm for client service;
- Excellent written and spoken English (including legal);
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
The ideal candidates will ideally have gained experience in a well-recognized local or international law firm in Sofia. You will be a team player with a hard work ethics, developing long-term relationships based on trust, respect, and hard work.
