Our clients seek team-oriented associates who are efficient, communicate effectively, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements.
- Conduct legal research to ensure the application of up-to-date laws and regulations.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and partners in a collaborative and harmonious way.
- Committed to clients and with full professionalism.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on cross-border or complex matters
- Stay updated with legal developments in your practice area(s) and advise clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.) from a reputable university.
- Admitted to the Romanian Bar.
- 0 – 6 years of professional experience in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian law and relevant experience in line with the above practice areas.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
