The firm has a multi-disciplinary approach, combining in-depth knowledge of real estate, with vast expertise in the areas of M&A, corporate and tax law, to deliver custom-made solutions across a broad range of real estate transactions.
Your expertise should be in the Real Estate transaction space as you will advise on sale and purchase transactions of single properties, transfers of portfolios, equity investments and joint ventures. Experience in acquisition-related financing, distressed debt workouts, and real estate project financing would be an advantage.
Requirements
- A strong legal background gained at a leading local or international firm in Vienna.
- Austrian bar exam ideal however those candidate who have completed 4 years of experience, and the majority of you prerequisites for admission to the bar including time in court or public prosecutor’s office are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
