Our client, a growing international law firm with a footprint in Europe, Middle -East & Asia is looking for an employment partner for their Paris office. This is a small office with increasing visibility and with a very positive atmosphere and culture. The office is inspiringly unified and practice groups work extremely well together to support their long-standing clients.

Our client advises companies, investors, family-owned offices, executives, management teams, and private individuals on French business law and tax advice. Their main practice areas include Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, Tax, Insolvency/Restructuring, Litigation/Disputes and Employment.

They seek a dynamic and highly experienced employment lawyer to advise their clients in all aspects of labor and employment law: from employment contracts to collective dismissals to restructuring and employment litigation. You will also work alongside the Corporate/M&A team with respect to labor issues arising from mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing. The team is working with both with French and international companies. You should be able to advise these clients on business reorganizations and collective redundancy exercises. collective bargaining and employee relationships, salary-based saving schemes, individual employment relationships, individual and collective employment disputes, IT charters and whistleblowing systems, and delegation of powers.

The ideal candidate is a French-qualified lawyer who has been practicing employment law for 9+ years. International types, fluent in both French and English and members of the French Bar Association are welcome to inquire.  In addition, you are a dedicated lawyer with exceptional project management and leadership skills who is also able to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the further development of the practice.
