Our client, a renowned international law firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated lawyer to join their esteemed Restructuring & Insolvency practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to actively engage in intricate restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in facilitating mergers and acquisitions related to distressed assets, while providing extensive legal assistance to a diverse range of international and local clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage in intricate restructuring and insolvency proceedings, contributing to the resolution of complex legal issues.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions related to distressed assets, ensuring efficient and compliant transactions.
- Offer extensive legal support to a broad range of international and local clients.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in restructuring and insolvency law.
- Practical knowledge of merger and acquisition transactions is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to maintaining high work standards and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills combined with a practical and solution-oriented approach.
