Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Legal Personal Assistant for their Istanbul office.

The role is full-time and is available with immediate effect. Applicants must speak fluent Turkish and English and shall be open-minded self-starters with the ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure.

The scope and duties connected to this role include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain daily diary events and organize the schedules of fee earners, addressing any potential issues.
  • Arrange meetings and ensure all necessary preparations are completed.
  • Manage fee earners to ensure punctuality and readiness for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transfers.
  • Provide support for deals and matters, from file opening to closure.
  • Review documents for accuracy and quality.
  • Assist HR with work and residency permits for foreign fee earners.
