Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a Litigation Partner for their office in Prague. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in litigation and have a proven track record of managing high-stakes legal disputes.
The firm advises clients in all business law matters including commercial litigation, arbitration, and other methods of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation. Quality, flexibility, innovation and practice-oriented solutions for complex matters are the core of the firm’s philosophy.
As a Partner you will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, exceptional analytical and strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. The ability to build and maintain client relationships, coupled with a proactive approach to business development, is crucial. A substantial portable book of business is a key requirement for this role.
Our client requires candidates having the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 10 years+ of relevant experience in International Litigation within a comparable firm recognized for general disputes work;
- Impressive international client base with a portable business commensurate;
- Well-developed understanding of litigation, arbitration and ADR procedures with the ability to translate legal theory into practical commercial advice;
- Fluency in English and Czech, both written and oral.
