Our client is an international law firm with a strong corporate group across the CEE region. They seek to strengthen the already impressive team in Prague with a Partner / Senior Lawyer. This fully integrated firm is known for managing cross-border transactions seamlessly from planning/strategy, through the due diligence phase – to post-transaction integration. The firm represents sell and buy side, along with boards and investors in private and public mergers and acquisitions across the region for decades, negotiating and closing all types of transactions.
Qualifications/Experience
- Qualified lawyer with at least 10 years of experience.
- Portable business is appreciated and for lawyers just starting to build their book – a business plan that demonstrates further convincing increases in client portfolio while under the brand of this firm.
- An excellent track record of developing a client base, especially of international corporations.
- Well-honed business development and practice management skills
- Excellent communication skills are an essential part of the role in order to communicate internally and with key clients.
- Able to commit to investing the time and energy required to provide clients with a superior level of service.
- Ability to complete complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions.
- Have strong verbal and written (drafting) skills in English.
