Our client, a fast growing business law firm with a strong reputation for its corporate and M&A work, is looking for a Romanian qualified corporate/M&A lawyer to focus on PE and VC work.
You will have experience in domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, having advised a variety of international clients on transactional, corporate and regulatory matters with respect to their acquisitions, divestments or restructurings in Romania. A Corporate / Commercial Associate who has a keen interest to specialize in M&A may also be considered.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience gained in a reputable law firm;
- Fluency in English, both written and orally;
- An understanding (or the ability to strengthen your knowledge) of the commercial, financial, and tax elements in M&A/ PE/ VC transactions.
