The Prague office is passionate about contributing to their clients’ success by delivering excellent work and quality client service. The lawyer they seek should be an experienced M&A lawyer or professional with a strong background in M&A, who excels in a fast-paced international organization. The right candidate will be collaborative in a team environment but can also take initiative and work independently.
A portable book of primary business/clients and active relationships with key business contacts and referral sources is important.
