You will lead and manage the M&A practice, ensuring the delivery of top-tier legal services. You will oversee complex M&A transactions, including cross-border deals, and provide strategic advice to clients. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial, as it is driving business development initiatives to expand the practice. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in M&A law, with a proven track record of managing high-profile transactions. Admission to the Czech Bar Association is required. You should possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and be fluent in both Czech and English.
